BizPal365 SMS Notifications & Messaging Program

BizPal365 sends automated text messages regarding:

• Published and updated work schedules
• Schedule approvals and shift changes
• Shift availability and time-off requests/decisions
• Shift-coverage requests and operational announcements

BizPal365 does NOT send marketing or promotional text messages.

Mobile numbers are added to BizPal365 during employee onboarding or profile configuration. Automated text messages are sent ONLY after affirmative consent has been recorded:

1. Employee Direct Opt-In: Employees enter their mobile number in the BizPal365 portal and check an unchecked consent box.
2. Employer Admin Setup: An employer can record employee consent on their behalf after obtaining affirmative verbal or written agreement during onboarding.

Consent to receive text messages is completely voluntary and is not a condition of employment or purchase.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on scheduling activity and employer preferences (typically a few messages per week).
• Message Rates: BizPal365 does not charge for SMS messages, but standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

• To Stop Messages: Reply STOP to any message received from BizPal365. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further automated text messages will be sent to your number unless you opt back in.
• To Get Assistance: Reply HELP to any message, or contact our support team directly at team@bizpal365.com.
• To Re-Subscribe: Reply START to resume receiving schedule notifications.

• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No Mobile Information Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.
