Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ADABTEK CORP. (“ADABTEK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company that owns and operates the BizPal365 product (“BizPal365” or the “Service”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our bookkeeping and staff-scheduling web application and related services. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
BizPal365 is a business tool. Much of the information in the Service is entered by a business owner or their managers about their own company, locations, and employees. If your employer uses BizPal365, that business is responsible for its own use of the information it enters, and you should also review its internal policies.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. Name, email address, password (stored hashed), business name, role (owner, manager, or staff), and the locations you are assigned to.
- Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent. If you provide a mobile number, or if a business adds a number for one of its employees, we store it so we can send schedule notifications and other service-related messages. We also record whether the person has agreed to receive automated text messages and the date that agreement was recorded. See Section 4 (Text messaging).
- Business and scheduling data. Store and location details, staffing rules and templates, schedules, shift assignments, employee availability, time-off requests, skills, and messages exchanged through the Service.
- Push notification devices. If you turn on push notifications, we store a delivery token for each browser or device you enable, a short browser/OS label, and registration and last-used timestamps. See Section 5 (Push notifications).
- Bookkeeping and financial data. Point-of-sale totals, deposits, sales tax, tips, inventory and cost figures you enter, and, if you connect QuickBooks Online, data exchanged with Intuit to create and read accounting records on your behalf.
- Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, and error diagnostics. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against abuse (including reCAPTCHA on sign-in and registration). We do not use advertising cookies.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
- Generate schedules, send published schedules, and deliver notifications about approvals, time-off decisions, shift changes, and other operational events.
- Create and reconcile bookkeeping entries, including syncing with QuickBooks Online when you connect it.
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
BizPal365 sends automated, informational text messages to support staff scheduling. Message types include published and updated work schedules, schedule approvals and changes, shift-availability and time-off decisions, shift-coverage requests, and other operational notifications from your employer. BizPal365 does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How consent is collected.Your mobile number is added to BizPal365 by you or by an authorized owner or manager at your workplace. Automated text messages are sent to that number only after consent to receive them has been recorded in BizPal365. Consent is normally given by the employee to their employer — verbally, in writing, or during onboarding — and the employer records it on the employee’s staff profile along with the date. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of using the Service. If you have not agreed, BizPal365 will not send you automated texts, and your employer can still reach you by email or in the app.
Message frequency.Message frequency varies and depends on how your business uses the Service — for example, how often schedules are published or changed. Typically this is a few messages per week, and it may be more during busy scheduling periods.
Message and data rates may apply.BizPal365 does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received.
Opt out and help. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any BizPal365 message; we will send one confirmation and then stop sending automated texts to that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at team@bizpal365.com. Reply START to opt back in. After opting out, you may still receive service notifications by email or in the app. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances. Information sharing with our service providers (such as our text-message provider, Twilio) is strictly limited to facilitating message delivery.
5. Push notifications
If you turn on push notifications, your browser or device creates a unique delivery token that we store, along with a short description of the browser and operating system (for example, “Chrome on Windows”) and the dates the device was registered and last used, so you can recognize and remove your devices. You can register more than one device.
Push notifications are optional and are never enabled without your explicit permission, which your browser or device also asks you to confirm. We use them only to send you the same service messages you would otherwise receive by email or text — published schedules, time-off decisions, and messages sent to you through the Service — and we do not include pay rates or other sensitive personal details in the notification text. We do not use push notifications for marketing.
Delivery relies on a push service operated by your browser vendor and by Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging); the delivery token and notification content pass through that service so it can reach your device. You can turn push off for any device at any time from Account → Notifications in the Service, or by revoking the notification permission in your browser or device settings. We also delete a device token automatically once it stops working or after a period of repeated delivery failures.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After an account is closed, we may retain information for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records, after which it is deleted or de-identified. A business can delete or correct most records it has entered directly in the Service.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and encryption at rest for sensitive fields. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction. You can view and update your account information in the Service. Staff should contact their employer to correct business records about them.
- Text messages. Opt out at any time as described in Section 4.
- Email. Operational emails are part of the Service. You can adjust available notification preferences in your account settings.
- Push notifications. Turn push on or off for each device under Account → Notifications, or revoke the permission in your browser or device settings. See Section 5.
- Deletion. Contact us at team@bizpal365.comto request deletion of your personal information, subject to the retention needs described above and to a business’s own records.
- State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a denied request. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a right, contact us at team@bizpal365.com.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Businesses may enter limited information about minor employees (such as school-age status used for labor-rule warnings) as permitted by applicable employment law; that information is provided and controlled by the employer.
10. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services you choose to connect, such as QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
11. Where information is processed
ADABTEK CORP. operates the Service in the United States, and information is processed and stored there. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
13. Contact us
