Is pricing per employee or per location?
Per location, not per employee. Staff Scheduling is $19 per location per month.
Can I use it for just one location?
Yes. Staff Scheduling works the same whether you have one location or several — there’s no separate single-location or multi-location tier.
What happens after the trial?
Your Staff Scheduling trial runs 60days from signup. Afterward, choose a paid subscription to continue — nothing is charged automatically without your authorization.
Is SMS included?
No. Staff portal, email, and push notifications are included with Staff Scheduling. SMS is a separate, optional add-on billed in prepaid credit packs.
Is bookkeeping included?
No. Bookkeeping Assistant is a separate optional add-on — $20 per connected QuickBooks company, free for your first 30days — and requires your own QuickBooks Online subscription.
